Onze rol als architect is om de klant te helpen grip te krijgen op welke manier ze willen wonen en hoe dit zich vertaald in een ruimtelijk ontwerp. Daar naast zijn we als project begeleider betrokken bij hoe de bouw wordt uitgevoerd, geven we advies voor het vinden van bouwers en helpen we bij het vinden van de beste materialen en objecten. Zo komen we gezamenlijk tot een perfect passende woning voor de unieke manier van wonen voor de klant.

Taking you by the hand, a full renovation management service: In which we fully take you by your hand and help you imagine and create the best home for your way of living. We take the time to come up with a good and cohesive design to work towards. We find the tasks that you can take on yourself and motivate you to have a hand in creating the key features that will make your home yours. We take on the load of communicating with contractors and checking up on the construction site, so that you can find the best finishing materials and furniture to make the design work. [Price starting from 5000,-]

  • Defining the briefing, in which we introduce our values and talk about what it means to be in this space and how that could translate onto the floorplan.
  • Measuring the future home, where everything currently is and sketching out a possible design
  • Demolishing parts of the house to reveal necessary information. (Where drains and water/gas lines are. What the structural buildup of the home is and what can be done)
  • Architectural drawings of the house in its current state
  • A final design for the spatial organisation of the home and setting core intentions for a way of living
  • A set of architectural drawings ready for the contractors to work with.
  • Material visualisation of key areas in the design
  • Help with finding and negotiating with contractors/subcontractors.
  • A cohesive list of all (finishing) materials needed to acquire for the renovation + a list of suggestions where to source them.
  • Possible add on: A guiding hand with sourcing materials and making sure they arrive on time. 
  • A rough timeline of the order in which construction is going to take place + what finishing materials are necessary
  • Construction management: Regular checkups with the sub contractor. Updates on the work that is being done and possible delays/changes. 
  • Advice with DIY parts of the renovation. When they need to happen and what techniques / materials to use to come to a good result.

The reno-knot: In which we take (half of) a day to tackle a specific area or knot in your home that you’ve been meaning to fix. Like moving, removing or creating new doorways, making old designs connect with the new, or figuring out how to devide a space or what materials to use to tie a place together. At the end of this day we will have come up with a sketch plan and imput on how to take this project further. [Price starting from 300,-]

  • Defining the briefing, in which we pinpoint the key spatial quality that’s needed.
  • Measuring the space so that the solution we sketch is to scale
  • A couple sketches of a solution, drawn over a photo with added on technical sketches or quick suggestions for materials. 
  • A conversation of how to possibly tackle the rest of this project.
  • Possible add on: A set of architectural drawings to communicate clearly to a builder.

Two hour consultation: In which we walk and talk through options for renovating your space. This price can later be deducted off of one of the larger packages. [Priced 150,-]
